Heinz to Home Subscriptions
Following a number of requests from our customers we are excited to make your favourite Heinz Bundles available to order by subscription. You can view the full range of bundles available to buy on subscription on our bundles page.
Heinz to Home subscriptions are completely flexible and allow you to buy our bundles at a frequency to suit you and your family. It is easy to pause deliveries and update your details and you can cancel your subscription at any time. Just follow the simple guide below to manage your account.
Create a subscription
To create a subscription, simply visit any of our bundle product pages and follow these actions.
- Go to the bundle product page you wish you buy
- Choose 'Subscribe'
- Choose the frequency you want to receive your delivery, for example 4 weeks
- Click on 'Subscribe'
This will take you to the checkout where you can review your order and proceed to the secure checkout.
Create an account
To manage your subscription you need to have a Heinz to Home account. You can do this by following the link in the email you will receive once you have purchased your subscription.
Alternatively, please follow the below instructions to create your account.
- Go to our log in page or click on the icon beside the basket in the main navigation
- Click on "create account"
- Enter the required details
- Tick the box to confirm that you are not a robot
You will now be taken to your personal account area, where you can manage every aspect of your subscription.
You can change delivery dates, address, and payment information.
Manage your subscription
To update the frequency of your subscription simply click on ‘change frequency’ on your next delivery preview and change the number of weeks to what suits your needs.
If you would like to update the bundle you receive in your future orders you can change your subscription by clicking on 'products in your subscription' then click 'swap product.' Select one of the available bundles then click 'save changes' and your subscription and future orders will be updated.
To pause your subscription you can click on ‘Pause Subscription’ next to your next delivery information and your subscription will be paused. You will be able to resume your subscription at any point from the same menu when you want to receive your bundle again.
If you would like to stop receiving a certain product, you can cancel a subscription anytime. Simply log in to your account, click ‘view details’ and select ‘cancel subscription.’ Finally click ‘cancel subscription’ to confirm and your subscription will be cancelled. You can also cancel at any time by calling 0116 235 5000.
If you would like to skip a bundle click on ‘view details’ and ‘manage upcoming orders.’ Here you will be able to skip a single bundle by clicking the ‘skip bundle’ link next to the bundle you wish to skip.
Change payment information
If you would like to update your payment information click on ‘view details’ and ‘payment information’ to edit your payment details.
Change billing or mailing address
If you would like to update your address click on ‘view details’ and ‘address and shipping information’ to edit your billing or delivery address.
