Warming, creamy and delicious, this hearty Heinz Beanz pasta bake is the perfect quick family dish for the colder months – and comes in at less than £5 for four servings.

Ingredients
- 325 g Dried Fusilli Pasta
- 1 Large Broccoli Head (Broken in Florets)
- 200 g Cherry Tomatoes (Slide in Half)
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- 300 g Cream Cheese
- 1 TBSP Pesto
- 415 g Tin of Heinz Beanz
- Small Bunch Flat Leaf Parsley (chopped, optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan.
Cook pasta according to packet instructions, drain and set aside, reserving at least 50ml of pasta water.
Whilst the pasta is boiling, add the broccoli and tomatoes to a baking tray, drizzle with oil and roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, add cream cheese, pesto and pasta water. Stir until smooth, then fold the cooked pasta and roasted vegetables into the cream cheese mix before adding the Heinz Beanz and folding again.
Place the creamy pasta mix in an ovenproof dish and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with the parsley and serve straight away.
