Ingredients

  • 5 Tins Heinz No Added Sugar Beans
  • 1 Diced Onion
  • 300 g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 500 ml Sieved Tomatoes
  • 300 g Quartered Button Mushrooms
  • 450 g Fresh Spinach
  • Mozzarella Cheese (Grated)
  • Handful Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • Olive Oil
  • 4 Chopped Garlic Cloves
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 Tablespoon Mediterranean Herb Mix
  • Half Lemon Juice and Zest
  • 500 g Fresh Whole Grain Lasagne Sheets

Instructions

1.

Fry onion and mushroom in a bit of oil. Add the chopped garlic and the chopped tomatoes after 5 minutes

Add parsley and the spices. After 5 minutes add the sieved tomatoes and leave to simmer

Stir in the Heinz Beanz and bring the mixture to a simmer

4.

Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and season to taste

Lasagne Build

  1. Start with a layer of sauce. Add lasagna sheet. Repeat these steps until the sauce and sheets are all used up.
  2. Finish the last layer with grated cheese
  3. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes
