Ingredients
- 5 Tins Heinz No Added Sugar Beans
- 1 Diced Onion
- 300 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 500 ml Sieved Tomatoes
- 300 g Quartered Button Mushrooms
- 450 g Fresh Spinach
- Mozzarella Cheese - (Grated)
- Handful Chopped Fresh Parsley
- Olive Oil
- 4 Chopped Garlic Cloves
- Salt and Pepper - (to taste)
- 1 Tablespoon Mediterranean Herb Mix
- Half Lemon Juice and Zest
- 500 g Fresh Whole Grain Lasagne Sheets
Instructions
Fry onion and mushroom in a bit of oil. Add the chopped garlic and the chopped tomatoes after 5 minutes
Add parsley and the spices. After 5 minutes add the sieved tomatoes and leave to simmer
Stir in the Heinz Beanz and bring the mixture to a simmer
Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and season to taste
Lasagne Build
- Start with a layer of sauce. Add lasagna sheet. Repeat these steps until the sauce and sheets are all used up.
- Finish the last layer with grated cheese
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes
