Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Delivery (2-3 days) is £3.50 per bundle in England, Scotland and Wales and £4 for Northern Ireland or free for Blue Light Card holders or those with an NHS email signed up to Health Service Discounts. Where possible we will aim to delivery your bundle within 2-3 working days by our courier partner Hermes. Due to the weight of our products the delivery charge applies to each bundle ordered.

After you have placed your order, Hermes will contact you with tracking details where you can request a safe place if you are not going to be in. We will attempt three deliveries free of charge before your order is held in depot for 7 days. If not collected or arrangement made, the package will be returned to our fulfilment provider and future delivery will be subject to additional costs.

Blue Light Card Holders

Free delivery is available for Blue Light Card holders. Please visit Blue Light Card to view the offer and receive your code, which can be added at checkout to redeem free delivery. This offer is only available to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland

Health Service Discounts

Free delivery is available for those with an NHS email through Health Service Discounts. If you are an NHS worker, please visit Health Service Discounts to sign up and receive your code, which can be added at checkout to redeem free delivery. This offer is only available to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland

COVID-19 update

The health and welfare of our customers and our courier drivers is paramount, so in accordance with the current COVID 19 recommendations our courier will not be requesting signatures and will leave the parcel on your doorstep to ensure a contactless delivery.

Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your order, please contact our Customer Services team within 14 days of delivery by calling 0116 235 5000 or complete the form on our contact page.

If your order arrived damaged, please email heinzfs@clementsretail.com with details of your order and a photo of the damaged product(s).
