Membership to The 57 Club is open to any current Heinz to Home account-holder.

If you want to enroll into our loyalty programme, visit your ‘My Account’ page  and click on ‘OPT IN’ under the 'Your Rewards' section.

For now, you can only earn Pointz by making a purchase on Heinz to Home. But watch this space as we have more coming soon!

Every £1 spent earns 10Pointz. But when calculating Pointz earned, the order value is rounded up or down to the nearest £0.50.

For example, if:

- your order value £0.00 -> £0.49 = 0 Pointz

- your order value £0.50 -> £1.49 = 10 Pointz

- your order value £1.50 -> £2.49 = 20 Pointz

Pointz will not be issued for any shipping or delivery costs.

Every 500 Pointz can be redeemed for £5 credit to spend on site on your next order.

Members can only redeem Pointz in sets of500, but can redeem multiple sets of 500 Pointz in a row.

For example if you have 1000 Pointz, you can redeem 500 Pointz twice to generate £10 credit.

All credit in your account can be used on one purchase. For example if you have £15 credit you can use all of this on one order.

All orders are eligible for Pointz.

However, Subscriptions (as part of 'Subscribe and Save'),initiated before1st May 2023, are not eligible for reward Pointz. This includes recurring orders that are dispatched after this date, will not be eligible for reward Pointz.

Account Credit also cannot be redeemed on any subscription payments.

If you’re using a promotional code with your order, the Pointz you earn will be based on your final order value once the promotional code has been applied, but before any delivery costs are added.

Please note if we are unable to ship your order for any reason, then you will not earn Pointz.

You can view your Pointz balance by signing into your Heinz to Home account.

If you’ve recently made an order, your Pointz will update 15 days after your full order has been dispatched.

Your Pointz will be valid for 365 days from the date they are credited to your account.

Once you have 500 Pointz, you can convert these into credits on this page. You should do this before you would like to make an order.

When you're ready to spend, fill up your basket and head to the checkout, Account Credit will appear as a payment method.

When you’re ready to spend your credit, fill your shopping basket and head to checkout. You’ll have the option to select Account Credit as one of your payment methods.

You can use your credit for up to 90 days after you’ve converted it, after which it will expire automatically.

To opt-out of the 57 Club, you’ll need to log into your Heinz to Home account, scroll down to the 57 Club section and select ‘OPT OUT’.

When you opt-out of the 57 Club, any Pointz you have already converted to credit and not yet used, can be redeemed as normal. However, once you opt-out, you will not be able to convert your Pointz to credit and your57 Club section will not be displayed in the ‘My Rewards’ section.
